Backstory: Ark's parents were killed by a mutt accidentally released from District 14. He was abandoned due to his eyes and was found by Halloween Smiley, along with his sister Sharpe. Halloween went to raise them and show them murder. He started to kill several extra victims that Halloween found for him and his sister. He was born on the third day of the games, turning thirteen. He was great friends with Clocky. He planned to volunteer when he was 15, but was reaped at 12. Now, all he can hope is for him or his sister to return home as victor.
