Backstory[]
Jean Price was born into a poor family. During her birth her mother died, almost causing Jean's death. After that her father had to work hours to provide for the both of them. When she turned 6 she had to be trained to be a Career.
Except, she wouldn't give in. She wouldn't be a Career. Jean had always been the kind of sweet girl that gives to the poor, helps the helpless, and defends the weak.
She didn't have the traits to be a cold-hearted expressionless killer. But she still would have to. She still had to train. No matter what she did. She still had to put up with it. Eventually they some how cracked her enough to program her.
She still hesitated sometimes.
Jean would still volunteer, so the person that would get reaped didn't have to go. She hated doing bad things and sweared she wouldn't ally with the Careers. But, she can always change that.
