Personality: A mature young woman who was born into wealth that quickly receded with the invention of the more advanced railway systems of Panem. She's a bit rough around the edges and tends to come off as being quite mannish due to her stature and build, but she's a gentle and polite giant if you've ever seen one.
Backstory: After being born into the family that is credited for Panem's first temporary railway, one would expect Katherine 'Kathy' Decauville to be born into some money. Unfortunately for her, with the invention of a permanent transportation system through Panem, Kathy's family stopped recieving payment long ago. She worked a stable job as a mechanic on the railroad and often was sent out with others to do repairs. She has seen many trains full of tributes pass, but never expected to see one herself.
Just as notable, she has seen at least two victors of the games from district 6 jump in front of an oncoming train.
Weapon(s): Blunt objects, Clubs, her fists
Strengths: Strength, building ability
Weaknesses: Identifying plants, long-range weapons
Interview Angle: A rough hewn woman who has worked through a lot of hardship - definitely some flexing and bragging about her work on the railroad on behalf of her mentor. She hopes the Capitol will see her obvious strength and support her endeavors.
Training Strategy: Strength training, a boast from her mentor. She wants to work of some survival skills with plants and animals and poisons as well, but her mentor pushes showing off her muscle.
Bloodbath Strategy: Wait until the others are scattering and kill/steal from a camper as they escape the cornucopia.
Games Strategy: Actively seek smaller/un-allied tributes and beat them/strangle them to death. It's the only way. She will learn to effectively lure people away from groups as well.
Token: A rusty old key belonging to her grandfather, the inventor of the temporary railway.
