Gender: Female
Personality: Lilac is a very outgoing person, fun-loving, and creative. She finds ways to entertain herself, though her rambunctious tendencies often get her in trouble. A good negotiator as well, she’s even had a few run ins with peacekeepers and gotten out unscathed. While she does care deeply for her close friends and family, she isn’t one to show her love outright, and could come off as uncaring sometimes. She has few friends, mostly just because they can’t keep up with her. But this lack of companionship only drives her to do more dangerous activities. She isn’t incredibly cautious however, and doesn’t think things through as well as she should. When interacting with others, she finds it hard to be serious, often making jokes even in serious situations.
Backstory: She was born to childless parents who had been trying for years. She was very sheltered as child, which may be why she is so adventurous now. Like everyone else in District 11, she lives rather impoverished, but that’s all she’s known, so it doesn’t bother her. When she started working in the fields, it didn’t take long before she was off doing her own thing. She works sometimes, like when peacekeepers are patrolling, or when they’re short on workers and really need the help. Her familial relationships are rather strained, and her parents have all but executed her themselves after her “adventures”. It’s not uncommon for them to hit her, but are far from abusive, and only do it due to extreme stress or anger. They truly do love Lilac, and want the best for her

Appearance: Being young, she’s obviously not very big. She has big brown eyes, and rather light brown hair. Her face is childish, but shallow from malnourishment. She’s not what you would call muscular, but she’s definitely not scrawny. Her legs are especially strong from years of running and climbing.
