History: Narrah was born in a competitive family, with her two sisters. Her parents were both victors, and they would always press them to win anything, and if they didn't they would beat them up. Narrah hasn't lost to anyone anytime, but her eldest sister lost a Hunger Games. Her younger sister won the year after her eldest sister died, however... Narrah since couldn't get over the lost of her sister. When a poor, defenseless girl was reaped, she decided to volunteer. But not because she felt sorry for her. Because she wanted revenge against the Capitol.
Strategy: If there are Capitol people, kill them both during the bloodbath. Don't join the Careers, since they are just stupid people. Otherwise, just get what you need and run.
