(If from District Nine: He is also very good with scythes, as most everyone in his district knows how to wield one.) (If from District Twelve: He is also very good with pick axes.) Finally, he knows what is poisonous and what is not, and uses that to his advantage.
Appearance: Tomer has very light skin, despite being in a district where outdoor physical labour is required. He has green eyes like a snake's Flowing reddish-brown hair that is cut at normal length.
Strengths/skills: Tomer is cunning and knows his berries and is very fast.
Weakness(es): He doesn't have much muscle at his disposal, so he usually uses his mind. He also can be rash.
Personality: Tomer can seem very kind and sweet on the outside. He acts with a stutter, but seems very determined to win The Hunger Games for his district. However, all of this is a façade to trick others. On the inside, Tomer is viscous and almost snake like. He will do whatever it takes to win, lying, stabbing people in the back, or going on a full out killing spree, he will stop at nothing until he wins.
Backstory/History: Tomer was thought to be crazy at a young age. His parents tried to cushion everything for him, but Tomer's insanity only escalated. When Tomer was ten, he viciously murdered his parents and ran off into the shadows. He always showed up for reapings, but was almost non-existent for the rest of the year. Over time, several random citizens were murdered the same way Tomer's parents were. The Peacekeepers searched high and low for him, but they could not find him. Then, the reaping of Tomer's seventeenth year came and he volunteered. He walked up onto the stage in silent tears with a brave face as the Peacekeepers looked on at him in shock and awe as the serial murder that eluded capture for years, volunteered for The Hunger Games.
Interview Angle: He act nervous and sweet and talk about his family's sad and "accidental" death.
Bloodbath Strategy: He will run to very edge and grab a bag, then run out into the arena. He will either do that or he will run out into the arena.
